Thank you for choosing SILVEE 925 as your premium sterling silver wholesale partner. The terms and operational policies detailed below govern all inventory sourcing, dynamic invoicing, weight adjustments, and logistics between SILVEE 925 (Wholesaler) and registered retail business owners (Merchant / Buyer). By placing trade orders on our digital catalog, you accept these B2B guidelines.


1. Dynamic Weight-Based Pricing & Rate Lock

All trade supplies are strictly calculated based on the raw silver weight (in grams) of the shipped items, plus fixed making charges per gram. Since raw silver market rates undergo daily fluctuations:

  • The raw silver rate applied is finalized only upon the date of official order confirmation and invoice generation by our trade desk.
  • Invoices created as drafts reflect the estimated prices based on the temporary rate set in the catalog; final weights and prices are verified physically prior to packaging.
2. Hallmarking & Purity Guarantee

As a premier B2B distributor, we stand by the absolute standard purity of our merchandise. Every single product lot is verified to be 925 Sterling Silver carrying authentic laser hallmarked certification. Merchants are completely free to perform independent laboratory fire assays. If any batch fails standard testing, we offer a 100% immediate buy-back guarantee.

3. Fully Insured Shipping & Transit Liability

Secure distribution is our priority. All merchant shipments are packed in heavy-duty tamper-evident security boxes and sent fully insured via our certified freight partners (such as BVC Logistics or Sequoia).

  • Transit risks are fully borne by SILVEE 925 until successful delivery confirmation at the merchant's registered storefront.
  • Important: Merchants must inspect the physical security seal of the box before accepting the shipment. Do not accept cut, re-taped, or damaged packaging.
4. B2B Return, Weight Variance, & Claim Protocol

Due to the bulk nature of wholesale silver distribution and precise raw metal pricing, standard retail-style "change of mind" returns are not supported. However, we maintain a robust and fair claims policy for transit damages or weight discrepancies:

  • Claims Deadline: Any discrepancy in piece count, damage, or weight parameters must be reported to our trade support helpdesk within 24 hours of package delivery.
  • Mandatory Proof: To prevent fraud, all claims must be accompanied by a continuous, unedited video of the parcel unboxing, clearly showing the shipping label, weight measurement scale, and individual item inspection.
5. Payment and Outstanding Settlement Terms

Dispatch of packed wholesale consignments is executed strictly upon receipt of 100% cleared funds in our registered B2B bank account, unless special credit limit terms or standing ledger contracts are officially pre-approved by our managing partners. Bank transfer transaction costs or taxes (GST) are billed clearly on the final commercial invoice.
